Welcome to PuRvansh Electrical Trading and Training ("Company", "we", "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the services we offer from our office in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. By engaging with our website, calling us, or hiring our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide solar-related products and services, including:
- Residential, commercial and industrial Solar Panel Installation
- PM Surya Ghar Yojana subsidy documentation & processing
- Free site surveys and consultation
- After-sales service and maintenance
- Solar & electrical Training programs
2. Payment Terms
- An advance booking amount is payable to confirm the order, as specified in the quotation.
- Balance payments are tied to project milestones (material delivery, installation, commissioning).
- Government subsidy (where applicable) is credited directly to the customer's bank account by the relevant authority and is not part of our invoice.
- All applicable GST and taxes are charged extra as per Indian law.
- Cheques/transfers must be issued in the name of PuRvansh Electrical Trading and Training.
3. Warranty
- Solar Panels: up to 25–30 years performance warranty, as per manufacturer.
- Inverter: 5–10 years warranty, as per manufacturer.
- Installation & Structure: 5 years workmanship warranty by PuRvansh Electrical.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by lightning, flood, fire, theft, tampering, or unauthorised modifications.
4. Privacy
Any personal information you share with us (name, phone, address, electricity bill details) is used solely to provide a quotation, complete installation, or process your subsidy application. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Limited information may be shared with government portals (e.g. National Portal for Rooftop Solar) and DISCOMs as required.
5. Disclaimer
Estimated savings, payback period and subsidy amounts shown on this website are indicative only and may vary depending on your actual electricity consumption, tariff, roof area, shadow, and government policy changes. We make no guarantee that any specific subsidy amount will be approved by the government for any particular customer.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
