To setting up an efficient solar system is mounting structure. The panels are tilted at a fixed angle. For the optimal operation of a PV plant, maintenance must be carried out on a

are fastened well at their due place. Check the connections for corrosion and tightness. Check the
connection box to make sure that the wires are tight, and the water seals are not damaged. The
inverter should be installed in a clean, dry, and ventilated area which is separated from, and not
directly above, the battery bank (if applicable). Remove any excess dust in heat sinks and
ventilations. This should only be done with a dry cloth or brush.
It is generally recommended to clean solar panels every month to a year in order to maintain the productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness of the panels. We found an average 3.5% boost in energy production after cleaning the panels using a soft rag and water. For cleaning of solar panel simply use water and a soft, non-abrasive sponge or cloth to clean away dirt and debris. Accumulated dust and dirt on solar panels can result in soiling energy losses of up to 7% annually in parts of the India and as much as 50% in the Middle East. The best time to clean your installation is early morning, late afternoon or on overcast days.
